Product placement is when product manufacturers pay to have their product featured in a movie or TV show. An example of this would be Bill Murray in the movie “Castaway”. In the movie Bill Murray is a Fed Ex pilot flying across the ocean and it shows the Fed Ex logo on multiple occasions.
